At PingPongMaster, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. All products are shipped from our base in Indonesia, using JNE (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir), one of the most trusted courier services in the country.
Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives their package in perfect condition and as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in Indonesia.
Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship to all cities and regions throughout Indonesia.
- All orders are primarily dispatched from our warehouse in Karawang, West Java.
- In the event that an item is out of stock in Karawang, we may ship it from one of our backup fulfillment points in Jakarta or Bandung.
- We use JNE’s nationwide network to reach both urban and rural destinations.
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
Courier Services & Estimated Delivery Time
We partner exclusively with JNE for reliable nationwide shipping. Customers may select from the following service types:
- JNE REG (Regular): 1 to 5 business days, depending on your destination.
- JNE YES (Yakin Esok Sampai): Delivered the next business day. Available for major cities only.
- JNE OKE (Ongkos Kirim Ekonomis): 2 to 7 business days. More economical, slightly longer.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical constraints beyond our control.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 16:00 PM (WIB) will usually be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Our warehouse operates:
- Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 (WIB)
- Closed on Sundays and national holidays
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Weight and dimensions of your items
- Selected JNE service type (REG, YES, or OKE)
You can preview shipping costs before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number (resi) via email or WhatsApp.
You can check the delivery status using any of the following methods:
- Visit the official JNE website: https://www.jne.co.id
- Use the JNE mobile app
- Click the tracking link provided in our order confirmation.
Delivery Issues or Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Courier backlogs
- Weather or traffic disruptions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
If you have not received your package within 7 working days, please contact our support team. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with JNE.
Failed Deliveries or Return to Sender
To avoid delivery problems, please make sure:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Your phone number is reachable by the courier
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
Please note: Additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your item.
- Send us a clear photo or video showing the damage.
- Keep all original packaging as proof for courier claims.
We will assist you with filing a damage or loss claim with JNE. Resolutions are subject to the courier policy and approval.
