Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used rubbers, blades, or other hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Customized products or items marked as ‘final sale’ or ‘clearance’.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@pingpongmaster.net within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions.

Please do not send back items without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return packages should be addressed to our Karawang warehouse, as provided in the return instructions.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • If approved, we will notify you via email and begin processing your refund.
  • If rejected, the item may be sent back to you at your request and expense.

Please allow 2–4 business days after receiving the return for inspection and processing.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided during the return process.
  • We will notify you once the refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account.

Please ensure that the bank account information you provide is accurate and complete.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
